Meet Shalom!

Oh my word, I've been so stressed this morning and pacing the floor, awaiting a call from the rescue center about "Charlie" (see last post) who we decided to dub "Shalom" (there are a few meanings of Shalom, we are using the meaning that basically means hope) in regard to our own faith and the fact that he now has hope to live.

About ten minutes ago, we received the call and we have been approved!!! I can't even put into words how excited I am that this boy is OURS! We talked it over with "A" the most wonderful person on the world and she said that she's ready to hook up a trailer anytime and head to Kentucky with us! We have 2 weeks to go get him. She refused money, although we WILL be paying for gas and her food. We have the best barn manager ever.

Anywho, there's not much to say other than he'll be home within 2 weeks and I'm allowed to share photos! So, everyone, meet Shalom. :) (all photos taken from the amazing rescue, Ky Rescue)
