YAY! It is truly an awesome experience. I think that it really teaches Eq and balance better than a western saddle. Once I finally forced my husband in to an English saddle he loved it. He said he wouldn't pick it for everyday, but that he learned more in 30 minutes than in weeks in a Western. Western is awesome and a super great discipline too.
That's a huge reason why I'm really interested in getting one!! I have some bad habits in the western saddle that are kinda impossible to do in an English saddle. I'm definitely a Western girl at heart, but it'll be really nice to get some more experience!!
NO! Don't do it Kalin! ; ) Totally joking! =) Sounds like a lot of fun!!
ReplyDeleteLOL don't worry, I won't be giving up my western tack, hahahaha!!
